Responsibilities1. Build and improve the regional supply chain. Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, management and relationship development to ensure reliable material supply.2. Manage procurement planning, order fulfillment, warehousing, logistics and costs, with responsibility for delivery and cost targets.3. Lead supplier negotiations, contract preparation and delivery follow-up. Manage supply chain risks to protect quality and delivery schedules.4. Coordinate upstream and downstream resources, improve procurement plans and reduce costs to support business growth and new projects.5. Build and manage the supply chain team, including talent development, performance reviews and implementation of operating procedures.6. Oversee supply chain operations across Shandong Province.Requirements1. Experience in supply chain or procurement management for engineering or smart-city projects is preferred.2. Skills in supplier negotiation, contract management and supply chain risk management.3.
